The day begins aboard the ferry connecting Corralejo to Playa Blanca, crossing the waters between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. From there, an air-conditioned coach takes the group into the heart of the island, through lava fields, vineyards grown on volcanic ash and a lagoon with surprising colours: a full day discovering Lanzarote's most spectacular landscapes.
TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK
300 dormant volcanoes · Lunar landscape · Geothermal demonstration
A guided visit leads through the Montañas del Fuego, where around 300 dormant volcanoes rise from a landscape reminiscent of the moon's surface. Inside the park you'll witness an astonishing geothermal demonstration, recreating live the energy still hidden beneath the island.
LA GERIA, EL GOLFO & THE ALOE VERA MUSEUM
Wine tasting at Bodega La Geria · Malvasía wine · Aloe Vera Museum
The journey continues to «El Golfo» and the La Geria wine region, where vines grow on black volcanic ash: here you can taste the local wines, including the famous Malvasía, with its flavour unlike any other in the area. A stop at the Aloe Vera Museum lets you stroll through one of Europe's largest plantations and discover the properties of this medicinal plant.
LAGO VERDE & LOS HERVIDEROS
Emerald-coloured lagoon · Volcanic crater · Waves against the cliffs
The tour ends at Lago Verde, an emerald-green lagoon set inside a volcanic crater, surrounded by majestic cliffs and separated from the ocean by a strip of black sand. Along the way you'll also pass Los Hervideros, where the sea crashes powerfully against the rocks in an unforgettable natural display.
